Kevin Maggiacomo serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of SVN International Corp. and is responsible for the company’s mission and vision. Propelling SVN’s expansion across the globe, Maggiacomo has facilitated SVN’s growth from 7 US offices in 2001, to more than 200 offices in 8 countries today. During his 16-year tenure, SVN has won numerous awards including 2 Realcomm Digie awards for innovation, twice named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and acknowledged by the Lipsey Co. as one of the most recognized brands in commercial real estate. Maggiacomo previously served SVN as a regional director, executive vice president and as chief operating officer. Prior to joining SVN, Maggiacomo was an advisor for RTE Group, Inc., a technology real estate advisory group. Previously, he spearheaded New England sales efforts for CoStar Group, Inc. and spent 3 years at CRESA Partners, where he focused on providing corporate real estate services to Fortune 100 companies. In 2016, Maggiacomo was named by his industry peers as Commercial Property Executive’s Executive of the Year. He is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and Vistage, 2 international chief executive think tanks. In YPO, Maggiacomo serves as the Chair of the US East Region Sustainable Business Network. He also serves as a board member and director with Real Leaders, a “B-Corporation,” whose mission is to use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems, as an Industry Advisor with Chandan Economics, a leading provider of commercial real estate research and data, is on the National Association of Realtors Commercial advisory board and further sits on the board of, a commercial real estate technology company. In addition, Maggiacomo serves as an alumni career representative for Providence College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.



Michael J. Lipsey, President of The Lipsey Company, is nationally and internationally recognized as the leader in training and consulting for the commercial real estate industry.

Several of Mr. Lipsey’s programs have become industry standards such as BOMA’s Boot Camp, a series of training programs created for Property Managers and Asset Managers, and IFMA’s FM 101, 201 and 301 series, developed to prepare Facility Managers, middle management and board-room participants for a successful career in facilities management. Mike Lipsey has often been published in Corporate Real Estate Executive, SIOR’s Professional Report and NAIOP’s Development. He is also a very popular and much sought-after Keynote Speaker at industry and association banquets, conventions and national meetings, and has appeared on several Commercial Real Estate radio shows.

Diane Danielson serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations and brand development. Diane is a former attorney, accomplished speaker, published author, and widely recognized social media expert. Formerly VP of business development for corporate services and strategy at Spaulding & Slye/Colliers (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and before that, head of marketing for Meredith & Grew/ONCOR (now Colliers International Boston), Diane went on to publish two books and found the award-winning Downtown Women’s Club national network. In 2006, she launched the first social network for businesswomen in the U.S. Over the past decade, Diane has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, and other noteworthy publications; has been a regular contributor to the Boston Globe and; and has been a speaker on leadership, networking, and social media at companies like Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, and EMC, as well as for organizations like NEHRA (New England Human Resources Association), NAIOP, IFMA, and SMPS. In 2013, Diane was honored as one of 40 over 40 Women to Watch in In 2014 she was selected by Bisnow as one of their 50 Power Women in Boston Commercial Real Estate; and in 2015 Real Estate Forum named her a 2015 Woman of Influence.

Solomon Poretsky is the Chief Development Officer for SVN. Prior to joining SVN, he was a partner at Custom Skills Development, a commercial real estate consulting firm that provided coaching, development, and training services to agents and commercial real estate brokerages across North America. His commercial real estate career started at Marcus & Millichap, where he was involved in over $1.2 billion of listings sales and closings as both an agent and a regional manager. He also achieved that firm’s prestigious National Faculty Member designation.

Solomon also worked on the instructional design of one of the world’s first online master’s degree programs. He graduated cum laude from Columbia University in the City of New York with a bachelor’s degree and earned and a second BA, with honors, from the Jewish Theological Seminary. He currently resides in suburban Minneapolis with his wife, Mary and his twin boys, Thomas and William.

Mr. McDermott’s real estate experience encompasses all facets of the business including construction, development, brokerage, ownership, management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and finance. He and his team have personally brokered nearly 1,000 transactions exceeding three billion dollars in transactional sales volume. In the past twenty eight (28) years Mr. McDermott has recruited, managed, coached, trained and mentored commercial brokerage professionals for both Marcus and Millichap and SVN nationwide including many of each respective firm’s “Top Ten”.

Mr. McDermott is a highly quoted and published resource for the commercial real estate industry including its trade publications and is considered to be an expert in the field of commercial real estate, investment brokerage and the marketplace. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Orange County Business Journal, Western Business Real Estate, San Diego Business Journal, Commercial Property News, Investors Daily, Real Estate Southern California, Real Estate New York, The Philadelphia Business Journal, Real Estate Forum, National Public Radio and Bloomberg.
