• For all cancellations prior to February 7, 2020, 100% refund will be issued for the price of a purchased registration.
• For cancellations between February 8 - February 21, 2020, a 50% refund will be issued for the price of a purchased registration.
• No refunds will be issued after February 21, 2020.

ARRIVAL

We recommend arriving Tuesday, March 2nd. Check-in time for the hotel is 4:00pm and Pre-Conference Check-in opens at 3:00pm.

DEPARTURE

While you may leave at any time on Friday, March 6th, (check-out time is 11:00am) you can also take this opportunity to schedule team meetings, experience additional resort activities and amenities or visit nearby destinations.

Each SVN Managing Director, Advisor or Operations Staff member may register for and purchase one (1) ticket to the 2020 Annual Conference. If you have additional members in your office, team or group who will be attending the conference, each person is required to register individually. This allows us to capture all of the required attendee information.

However, you can purchase additional guest tickets for the networking event and for the Cocktail Reception/Awards Dinner. During the registration process you will be prompted to enter your guests names and email addresses.

Non-SVN attendees who wish to attend the conference sessions are required to register and pay the Outside SVN Registration Fee.

...TUESDAY NIGHT'S NETWORKING EVENT

Yes, tickets can be purchased separately or with your conference registration. The cost for a guest ticket is $125.

...THE COCKTAIL RECEPTION AND AWARDS DINNER?

Yes, you can bring up to two (2) additional guests to the Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner. Tickets can be purchased separately or with your conference registration. The cost for a guest ticket is $175.

Each conference attendee is responsible for reserving his or her guest room. This years conference is being held at the La Quinta Resort & Spa.

You will also be able to make your room reservation directly from the confirmation email you will receive upon successfully submitting your conference registration. 

SVN has negotiated a special discounted room rate with the La Quinta Resort & Club. The rate is $289.00 plus tax per night.

Please Note: The discounted rate is available for a limited time. To take advantage of this discounted room rate, please make your reservations on or before February 5th, 2020.

We understand that sometimes conflicts arise and you find your schedule only allowing you to attend part of the conference.

Unfortunately, due to planning and logistics, we are unable to offer pro-rated or partial conference registrations.
