For all cancellations prior to January 10, 2025, 100% refund will be issued for the price of a purchased registration.

For cancellations between January 11 - February 11, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued for the price of a purchased registration.

No refunds will be issued after February 12, 2025.

Attendees are responsible for reserving their own hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa located at 9800 Hyatt Resort Dr, San Antonio, TX 78251.

Each SVN Managing Director, Advisor, or Operations Staff member is eligible to register for and purchase one (1) ticket to the 2025 Annual Conference.

For additional team members attending, please ensure they register individually to provide necessary attendee information.

You have the option to acquire extra guest tickets for the Networking Event and the Cocktail Reception/Awards Dinner. While completing your registration, you will receive prompts to enter the names and email addresses of your guests.

...the conference sessions?

The 2025 SVN Annual Conference is an internal conference, open to SVN Managing Directors, Advisors, and Operations staff only.

...the Networking Event?

Yes, tickets for the Networking Event can be purchased separately or with your conference registration. The cost for one guest ticket is $125.

...the Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner?

Yes, you may bring (1) additional guest to the Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner on the final evening. Tickets can be purchased separately or with your conference registration. The cost for one guest ticket is $175.

We suggest arriving no later than the morning of Monday, March 17th.

While you may leave at any time on Thursday, March 20th, you may also take this opportunity to schedule team meetings, experience additional hotel amenities, or visit nearby destinations.

Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am

Early or late check outs are subject to hotel
availability and may be subject to additional fees. A daily incidental hold of $75, in addition to rate/tax estimated, will be placed as an authorization on all card types at check in. Funds will be released within 7-10 business days of departure depending on your banking institution.

We recognize that unexpected conflicts can arise, leading to limited attendance during the conference.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide pro-rated or partial conference registrations.

The $35 daily resort fee includes the following:

• Seasonal resort activities including nightly s'mores, nature walk, wildlife feeding, family arts and crafts, yard games, movies on the lawn and more
• Two outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs featuring a lazy river and beach
• Tennis courts/racquets/balls
• Bike use
• Self-service laundry (excluding detergent/softener)
• 24-Hour fitness center
• Admittance to the spa, including use of spa pool, sauna and hot tub, for $20 per person
• In-room coffee and tea
• Full use of golf practice facilities and chipping green
• Preferred golf tee times
• Golf bag storage
• Golf bag tag (redeemable at the golf pro shop)
• 800/888 access charges and local phone calls

Please note the Hyatt Regency Hill Country is a cashless facility. Credit or Debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. An ATM is available in the South Atrium of the hotel near UPS should cash be needed while exploring San Antonio.
