Where is the conference being held?

This years Annual Conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa, 1300 Tuyuna Trail, Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico. SVN has bought out the entire property for the conference dates.

As Sponsors, what networking opportunities are available?

There are numerous networking opportunities throughout the event. In addition to the Sponsor Showcase times that are scheduled during the conference sessions (click here for Conference Agenda), specific Sponsorship Packages have additional networking opportunities.

The Rio Grande and White Sands Sponsorships include four (4) complimentary tickets to Wednesdays Rodeo Networking Event and Thursdays Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner. The Carlsbad and Yucca Sponsorships provide the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) tickets to Wednesdays Rodeo Networking Event. The price per ticket is $100.

There are also opportunities for additional Sponsorships, along with the option to sponsor and attend SVN Team Building activities.

What is provided for Sponsors at the conference?

Where do I enter my promotional code?

After securing your Sponsorship Package, you will be asked to register yourself and the team members who will be accompanying you to the conference through our Eventbrite registration site.

When you click the green REGISTER button on the Eventbrite regiatration homepage, a REGISTER window will pop up. In the upper right hand corner, there is a link "ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE". Click on it and a new window will pop up. In the field provided enter the promotional code you received and click "APPLY CODE". The registration tickets that correspond with your promotional code will now be visible. If you have questions regarding your promotional code, please email events@svn.com.
